Gema is the Oshkosh Police department’s therapy dog. She is helping provide emotional support to both members of our community and Officers. She is working with our Behavioral Health Officer and the Mental Health Crisis Specialist Co-Responder. They respond to behavioral health related calls, highly sensitive/emotional calls for service, as well as being used to support employees of the Oshkosh Police Department after Critical Incidents.

Indigo has found his home. He will be working with children at a school. Some of the children are nonverbal and use software on an iPad to express their needs and desires. Indigo has been trained to work with an iPad so that he can interact with the children.
